The rules & regulations in details are available in the admission form. However following are highlights given below:

1. Strict discipline, well defined guidelines for boarders against rules & regulations.
2. Mobile phone operation restricted after 10:30 P.M inside Hostel.

CANCELLATION OF SEAT :

1. In the year (2023-24), the hostel session expected to start from August 2023 to July 2024. If the booking is done in August 23 and cancelled in the same month (i.e., August 23) with advance notice of 30 days than :-
   • Mess Dues: Full Refund
   • Admission Fees: Non Refundable
   • Security Deposits: Refundable within one year from the date of cancellation of the seat without any interest.
2. If the seat is occupied by the boarder and decides to withdraw or cancel the seat in any month from August 2023 to July 2024 (of next session) than
   • Mess Dues, Admission Fees : Non refundable.
   • Security Deposits: Refundable within one year from the date of living the hostel without any interest. In addition to this 100% of the mess dues for the remaining months from the month of cancellation up to the July 2024 (next year) will have to pay at the time of leaving the Hostel by the boarder.
